General terms and conditions Revive Academy<\/p><\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>

1. Eligibility and Registration<\/h4>\n

  • Our courses are designed for qualified medical and aesthetic professionals. Proof of professional qualifications may be required during registration.<\/li>\n
  • Revive Academy complies with Dutch regulations concerning the professional qualifications of participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Booking and Payment<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your booking. This forms a binding agreement under Dutch contract law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Boek 6). A non-refundable deposit may be required unless cancellation rights under herroepingsrecht<\/strong> apply (e.g., online purchases by individual consumers). (Civil Code, Book 6).<\/li>\n
    • A non-refundable deposit may be required unless the right of withdrawal applies (e.g., for online purchases by private consumers).<\/li>\n
    • On-site training may be subject to additional charges for additional expenses incurred by Revive Academy’s trainer. These may be costs for parking or other expenses. These will be stated in advance to the student and charged on an after-the-fact basis by invoice. This invoice must be paid by the student within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Consumer rights: Under Dutch law, consumers (non-business customers) have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days under the right of withdrawal. This does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) purchases.<\/li>\n
      • Refunds:
        \n– Administrative fees may be charged for cancellations more than 30 days prior to the course date, but a full refund must be provided if required by law.
        \n– Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the course date will forfeit the right to a refund unless there are unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness with medical evidence).
        \n– Digital materials are non-refundable according to Dutch copyright law once accessed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Changes or Cancellation by Revive Academy<\/h4>\n

        Revive Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses for valid reasons, such as insufficient enrollment or force majeure. If alternative arrangements are not possible, a full refund will be offered.<\/p>\n

        5. Certification<\/h4>\n

        Certificates are awarded upon completion of all course requirements.
